MY FAIRY GODMOTHER

In one of the corner of my room, I sat there crying oceans of tears, then the door opened and someone asked, Why are you crying, child? but I just sat there staring at her. She cuddled me in her hands and comforted me. Then all my worries simply went away as is she cast a spell to set me free from all of my miseries.

When I woke up the next day, I was free at last from my troubles. Thank you my fairy godmother, I just uttered. She has always been there by my side, guiding me. This person has planted great deeds in me; seeds that, one-day will grow and flourish.

My fairy godmother as I usually call her. She doesn’t have any magical powers that will dress me up in a beautiful ball gown, give me a pair of glass slippers and a coach that will bring me to prince Charmin’s castle just like Cinderella had experienced nor Sleeping Beauty’s fairy godmother that will protect me from the wicked witch who wants to take revenge on me.

She is but a simple human being. Yet there is something great in her that outshines all the fairy godmothers I’ve read in fairy tales. She has the power of love. And this love that simply wears away each problem that I have. God has bestowed upon her special hands, which caress me, whenever I need to be.

My fairy godmother is my mother. She is the greatest of all aside from God above. No one perfectly knows me but her. No one can perfectly cook my favorite foods but her or know how to cheer me up whenever I feel down and betrayed.
Our mothers truly deserve all the best we can give for they experienced a lot of pains in bringing us in this world. However, after the pains, an over flowing happiness is what she feels.

So tell her how much you love her. Just letting her know it, will make her the happiest person alive. At least once a day, tell her those three words so that her own worries will simply slip away. Only three words. I love you.
