Ateneo De Manila University reasserted their mastery over the Adamson University after eking out a 71-58 win in the second round of the 68th University Athletic Association of the Philippines men’s basketball at the Blue Eagles Gym in Katipunan in Quezon City.

Ateneo now carries a 6-2 win loss card while Adamson absorbs its fifth straight loss for the season and slides to 5-2.
The Eagles recovered from a six-minute drought midway in the third canto and finished with a strong fourth period to dispose the Falcons and improve its hold in the standings.
